Location: Tyseley
HD Surveyors is seeking a Building Surveyor for a role that combines technical leadership, client management, and project delivery within a multidisciplinary consultancy. This position includes overseeing both refurbishment projects and dilapidations instructions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying, hold an MRICS qualification, and have experience in commercial building surveying. Offering a competitive salary up to £70,000 along with additional benefits including private healthcare and a substantial bonus.
