Casa Environmental Services are looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support our continued growth across the South of the UK.
We are seeking a qualified and confident surveyor who holds a
BOHS P402
or
RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Surveying
, with a minimum of two years’ industry experience. This role is suited to someone who can work independently, maintain high professional standards, and deliver accurate, compliant survey work across a varied client base.
Our clients include Housing Associations, Local Authorities, government departments, NHS Trusts, major construction companies, education institutions and private sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties
- Undertake management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and site representatives
- Collect and accurately record site data using tablet-based systems
- Produce clear and precise electronic site plans
- Ensure samples and documentation are recorded and submitted within required time frames
- Carry out quality assurance checks prior to report submission
- Support and mentor trainee surveyors where appropriate
- BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Surveying
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant surveying experience
- Strong knowledge of current industry guidance and best practice
- Experience producing accurate digital reports
- Good IT skills and confidence using tablet-based applications
- Full UK Driving Licence
Experience working for a UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy
- Health & Safety Qualifications e.g. – PASMA, IPAF, Confined Space Awareness, First Aid at Work Etc.
