A growing project and cost management consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects while developing within a collaborative consultancy environment.

The business delivers projects across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, education, hospitality, and infrastructure, offering strong project variety and progression opportunities.

You will support and deliver both pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, working closely with clients and project teams across multiple sectors.

• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets
• Undertake valuations and assist with final accounts
• Support procurement and contract administration processes
• Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful delivery
• Contribute to project reporting and commercial management

• Experience with in a Quantity Surveyor role in consultancy (preferred)
• New build project experience highly desirable
• Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract services
• Good commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects and sectors
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
