Senior Surveyor
We are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to join a housing provider in Birmingham.
Location:
Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 - £51,670 per year

Key duties:
- Management of three surveyors.
- Management of planned works including specification, appointment and management of contractors.
- Types of works will be kitchen and bathroom replacements, external painting.
- Budget management and procurement of contracts.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations, CDM and housing legislation.
