my client is looking for a strong quantity surveyor or senior quantity surveyor on a very unique project in the midlands, this scheme is one of its kind in the country and is working on a specialist part of hs2. As a quantity surveyor or senior quantity surveyor, you will be number 1 on site leading the full commercial function and working very closely with the operational team.

lead the full commercial function on site as number 1, working closely with the operational team on a major civil infrastructure scheme.

• experience working as a senior quantity surveyor or number 1 on large civil infrastructure projects.
• experience working on major civils infrastructure schemes.
• preferably bsc degree qualified (quantity surveying).
• uk driving licence.
• experience of icc form of contract.

role on a site in birmingham; commuting distance to the midlands preferred.

• £75,000 basic salary (dependent on candidate experience).
• healthcare, 6% pension and generous holiday entitlement.
