Job Overview

We are supporting a leading UK specialist contractor in the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor. Operating nationally, the business delivers complex construction and engineering solutions across a range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. They work closely with major contractors, developers, and partners, providing commercially driven and technically informed solutions from early engagement through to delivery.

This is a key role within the commercial team, offering the opportunity to lead pre‑contract activity, influence commercial strategy, and play a pivotal role in securing high‑value projects.
