The Role

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Graduate Planner to assist with, and in some cases plan programmes of work on a variety of major UK infrastructure projects. The two-year graduate development programme focuses on developing personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under supervision and in collaboration with the site team.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to Health and Safety in accordance with company policy and uphold project quality.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in project management and project planning by producing programme controls, project reviews, and cost and risk analysis
  • Create tender programmes compliant with tender sums, project design and methodology
  • Produce, manage and update the construction programme and communicate to internal and external customers and major stakeholders
  • Assess how commercial events and activities impact the programme baseline
  • Measure and monitor performance and interpret data to present results clearly
  • Adopt and promote Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values. Take ownership of assigned work
  • Adhere to safe working practices on site and ensure staff comply with requirements

  • Degree or master’s in engineering / construction project management
