Senior Project Manager - Construction

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, Senior Project Manager on behalf of a long term hiring client.

This privately owned Project and Cost Consultancy offers a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors, in particular Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Retail projects. This is a business that was founded on strong principles not least of which being the determination to offer the best possible results to clients. They have shown continued growth over recent years and can now offer a broad client base and varied projects.

As a result, they are now looking to expand their Project Management team, ideally at Senior Project Manager level. We would also consider slightly more junior candidates if looking for quick progression and if bringing the right depth of experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in delivering large construction projects working across the full project lifecycle. You will have strong technical experience as well as thorough knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.

This will be a client facing role, and at Senior level you will also be supporting and mentoring more junior team members. Strong communication and inter-personal skills are absolutely essential. There is also considerable scope for progression as this team continues to expand.
