A leading UK tier 1 construction business in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Planner / Estimator to join the pre-construction team. The role is hybrid, with responsibility to produce cost plans, budgets and estimates for a portfolio of projects across residential, commercial and public sector.
From concept through tender submission, you will develop robust cost strategies, review drawings, and support competitive bidding.
