This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Birmingham office with flexible working.

Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a significant element of a major heavy civils scheme in Warwickshire. You will ensure robust cost control, risk management and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Full commercial management of a large-scale civil engineering project
• Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts and cost value reconciliation
• Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Administration of contracts, variations, valuations and final accounts
