The Role

You'll spend time working across the commercial department, gaining hands-on experience in:

* Quantity Surveying

* Buying / Procurement

* Estimating

Following your training, you'll move into the discipline that best matches your strengths and interests, with ongoing mentoring and career development.

What We're Looking For

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

* Able to commute to the Brierley Hill office

* Keen to learn and develop a career within construction.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Good IT skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

* Previous construction experience is not essential – we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Working Hours

* Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

* Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
