Streamline Search is assisting a Midlands-based demolition contractor to recruit a Demolition Estimator responsible for costings, tenders and project budgets. You will analyse drawings, specifications and site surveys to calculate materials, labour, plant and subcontractor requirements, working closely with project managers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
The role offers a base salary of £65,000-£85,000 per year, full-time hours, pension and a development-focused benefits package,
