Real Staffing is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor / Minor Projects Manager to join its Estates Projects team at a major UK university. You will manage refurbishment, lifecycle, compliance and minor capital works across occupied academic buildings, from feasibility through to completion, delivering projects safely within live environments.
Typical duties include condition surveys, cost estimates, specifications, and coordination of consultants and contractors.
