The opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join an exceptional team of Surveyors and Project Managers, working out of our clients Birmingham office. You will get the opportunity to work on a real variety of instructions working with a wide range of clients in different sectors on a variety of asset types. You'd be working directly with the client and would have the opportunity to grow your own network.

• Collaborate with a team of surveyors and project managers on varied instructions across different sectors and asset types.
• Directly engage with clients to understand needs and grow your professional network.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality building surveying services within an employee-owned practice.

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).
• Ideally with previous experience in Building Consultancy or Private Practice.
