Ted Recruitment is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager for a Birmingham area role. The candidate should be MRICS qualified with cost management experience on large residential and other sectors, including cladding remediation projects.
You will handle pre and post-contract work, contract administration, procurement and tendering, plus financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle; you will also run meetings and minutes and may split duties between QS and PM duties.
