Senior Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit, Birmingham based Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy is looking to add a presentable, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team of 11 who enjoy a nice balance of being in the office, site, and from home, as they work together to deliver an array of fast paced, fit out projects for well-known brands across the UK.

The team are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client facing situations, and able to deliver projects valuing between £50K and £3m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Must have 'Fit-Out' project experience
Comfortable working on fast paced projects
Client facing
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Able to commute to Essex (2 days a week)
Enjoys being part of a close-knit team
Good pre and post contract knowledge
