Seddon Construction is recruiting a Site Manager for Planned Maintenance in the Midlands, focusing on fire stopping and fire door installations within occupied dwellings. You will manage on-site activities, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality, while coordinating with the Contracts Manager and QS on a live project.
You must hold a level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4 or equivalent) and SMSTS, First Aid at Work, plus a full UK driving licence, to lead a multi-trade team and ensure
