Contracts Manager

Experteer Overview As Contract Manager, you will lead the negotiation, delivery, and performance of refurbishment contracts, with a sharp focus on risk mitigation and latent defects. You'll protect the business by defining and enforcing contractual terms across the project lifecycle, including defects liability and warranties. You will work across clients, site teams, and consultants to keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant.
