360 Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced 360° Demolition Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating 360° excavators safely and efficiently on demolition sites, carrying out demolition works, loading waste, and supporting site operations while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate 360° excavators for demolition and associated works.

Carry out structural demolition safely and efficiently.

Load and segregate demolition waste for removal and recycling.

Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any defects.

Work closely with site supervisors and other operatives.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and company procedures.

Maintain plant in a clean and serviceable condition.

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS 360° Excavator Operator card.

Demolition experience is essential.

Good understanding of demolition techniques and site safety.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
