All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its West Midlands MEP commercial team on major building projects. You will support the commercial delivery with senior QS guidance, handling procurement, cost control and contractual administration.
The role requires proven QS experience in construction, familiarity with NEC contracts, and the ability to manage valuations, variations and cost reporting across pre- and post-contract stages.
