Capital Quantity Surveyor

Capital Quantity Surveyor needed in Redditch, £33.43ph
PAYE - Reference: RQ1767181

5 days on site. Some of those days will be out to sites. Driving licence needed.

• Prepare contract documents including Tenders, Bills of Quantities, Work Schedules, Specifications, and Schedule of Rates.
• Procure goods, services, and works contracts, including participation in tender evaluations and reporting outcomes.
• Undertake site measurements and valuation of works, preparing payment notifications and associated documentation.
• Prepare and agree costs for variations and non-standard items of work.
• Analyse and agree claims and final accounts.
• Produce accurate financial reports for projects and contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standard methods of measurement and standard forms of contracts
• Assess, collate, and present leaseholder contributions and service charges, conducting reviews where required.
• Assist and prepare any relevant returns associated with Government or Regulator requirements, and external funding providers.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
