We are looking for experienced Site Managers to join our network for current and upcoming construction opportunities across the Midlands.
This is a hands‑on site‑based role for someone who is confident managing day‑to‑day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, maintaining safety standards and ensuring works are delivered to programme and the required quality.
Key responsibilities- Take day‑to‑day responsibility for construction activities on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources.
- Monitor progress against the construction programme.
- Manage site activities to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Conduct site meetings, briefings and toolbox talks where required.
- Identify and resolve site issues and delays.
- Coordinate deliveries, plant, materials and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, clients and other stakeholders.
- Support inspections, handovers and project completion.
- Right to work in the UK.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site delivery.
- Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
- Temporary Works knowledge.
