Colemans demolitions seeks an experienced Demolition Project Manager to run complex projects across the UK and Europe from our Birmingham base. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and liaise with clients, authorities and international stakeholders.
The role requires CCDO Black PM Card, NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS and CSCS, with a minimum of five years in major demolition, structural alteration or deconstruction. Regular travel across the UK and Europe is expected.
