Contracts Manager position overseeing a broad range of new build construction and refurbishment projects Planning and programming projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual requirements Managing procurement and material reconciliation to ensure best value and prevent delays Briefing and supporting site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual obligations Carrying out weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources, and forward planning Coordinating permanent and temporary staff in line with project and contractual needs Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures Oversee projects up to £20m in value (typically £8m) The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Manager Construction with:
