Experience of doing Cost Verfication and cost audit work is required in particular for cost of people's salaries, day rates, pension contributions and more. THE COMPANY My client is a long established busy firm of PQS with several offices. My client works on projects for infrastructure and also for buildings. THE CANDIDATE You will be a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager who has good experience of working on RAIL related projects.
You should have a BSc or similar in Quantity Surveying or in Commercial Management or Accountancy or Engineering. You may be MRICS qualified although this is not essential. You will have in excess of 6 years quantity surveying experience. You must have good knowledge in the use of NEC contracts. Salary to £80000 per annum. Client would also consider contract.
