Fawkes & Reece are currently looking to speak with experienced Freelance Civils Project Managers across the Midlands for upcoming and ongoing projects.
We are interested in Project Managers with experience delivering projects across:
Civil engineering
Groundworks
Earthworks
Highways
Infrastructure
Utilities
Drainage
Structures
The Role:
Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
Lead site teams and subcontractors
Manage programme, costs and resources
Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Manage project documentation and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within civils/infrastructure
Strong understanding of project delivery
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Strong communication and leadership skills
