The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be using CostX to measure and produce Bills of Quantities in SMM7 and NRM, on array of high-profile projects across a diverse portfolio.
Alongside producing Bills of Quantities, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in mentoring and developing a team of Take-off Surveyors / Bills of Quantities specialists.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
Ideally completed a construction related degree
Experienced in producing bills of quantities
Good measurement experience
Cost X knowledge/experience would be useful
SMM7 and/or NRM2 experience
