The Chartered Building Surveyor's Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a consultancy with a strong technical reputation and a genuinely client-focused approach.
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work across a varied portfolio of instructions, providing Building Surveying advice to clients across the Midlands and wider UK. The role will offer a strong balance of professional services and project work, allowing you to develop a diverse workload.
You'll take ownership of your instructions, managing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice throughout the property lifecycle.

This role would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor who is technically strong, commercially aware and looking for a long-term opportunity within a collaborative and progressive consultancy.
The Chartered Building Surveyor's Requirements
A degree in Building Surveying
MRICS qualified
Experience working within a similar consultancy environment
Confident managing clients and projects independently
Ambitious, proactive and client-focused
