These positions sit within an established Building Control service, offering the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of projects throughout the city. You'll be responsible for helping ensure developments comply with Building Regulations, providing technical advice and working closely with clients, designers, developers and contractors.
At Building Inspector level, you'll manage your own caseload within your registered competence, reviewing applications, assessing plans and carrying out inspections at key stages of construction.

Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing Building Regulations applications and technical submissions
Assessing drawings, specifications and supporting documentation
