Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Healthcare + Hybrid Working

• Managing projects from feasibility through to final account
• Cost planning, budgeting and financial control
• Tender preparation, procurement and contractor selection
• Contract Administration and Employer's Agent duties
• Client-facing project delivery across diverse construction schemes
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with Project Managers, Building Surveyors and clients

• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor
• Consultancy experience within the construction sector
• Strong contract administration and procurement knowledge
• Experience delivering projects throughout the full lifecycle
• Confident communicator with excellent commercial awareness
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit sites

• Salary up to £75,000 plus car allowance
