Mechanical Estimator

Our client is an established Tier 1 M&E Contractor and they are looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team in the Yorkshire. The role would see you covering projects across their Leeds office, including sectors such as Education, Leisure, MOJ, Commercial and much more across Building Services! Their Yorkshire region has secured a very strong pipeline for the upcoming year and they have a strong team already, now they need you to come on board!

To prepare full tenders and take responsibility for design and build projects and pre-designed projects Ability to demonstrate understanding of tender / projects To provide tender breakdown in logical format To clarify your tender comprehensively To identify and inform risks whilst carrying out tender To raise technical queries Complete quotation analysis on all projects Ability to provide accurate budget costs Overall understanding & use of Estimation & Microsoft software To produce tender submission documents Meeting client / contract requirement deadlines Within this position you would be joining a highly experienced team within an extremely supportive and friendly culture.
