The Role- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Support senior surveyors in evaluating tender documents and preparing bids.
- Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather cost data.
- Assist in the preparation of interim and final accounts.
- Help manage contract variations and assess their financial impact.
- Review and analyze subcontractor quotations for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support in risk assessments and cost forecasting.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, changes, and progress.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather cost information
