Experience:

• Extensive construction industry experience with at least 5 years working as a Site Manager
• Proven track record delivering lift refurbishment, M&E upgrade, commercial refurbishment or live environment projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations, health & safety requirements, permit-to-work systems and quality control procedures within live retail or commercial environments

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of refurbishment works to a retail goods lift within a live shopping centre. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, and maintaining programme and quality standards throughout the project. Previous experience delivering lift refurbishment, M&E upgrade or commercial refurbishment projects within occupied or live operational environments is highly desirable.
