We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworks Foreman to join our team on projects in Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands area.
Duties will include:
* Supervising and managing groundworks gangs on site.
* Overseeing drainage, foundations, ducting, kerbing and roadworks.
* Reading and working from site drawings.
* Organising daily workloads and coordinating site operatives.
* Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
* Maintaining health and safety procedures on site.
* Liaising with site managers and keeping projects on schedule.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman.
* Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering.
* Good leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
* Relevant tickets and qualifications preferred.

Location:
Birmingham and surrounding areas.
💷 Pay:
Negotiable, depending on experience.
