We're currently looking for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to join a growing demolition contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience delivering demolition, dismantling and enabling works to step into a key role within an expanding team.
You'll be responsible for:- Managing demolition projects safely and efficiently
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and plant
- Ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
- Overseeing quality and environmental compliance
- Liaising with project managers, clients and operational teams
- Managing complex demolition and enabling works from start through to completion
- Proven experience as a Demolition Site Manager
- Strong demolition / dismantling background
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- CCDO qualifications advantageous
- Strong leadership and site management experience
- Projects across the UK
