Associate, Quantity Surveying and Project Management

A construction consultancy offering quantity surveying, project management and site quality services across the UK.

You will work with the directors on the running of the team, covering quality, delivery, profitability and staff development. You will manage quantity surveyors, assistants and apprentices, lead your own construction projects as the main client contact, and deliver QS and project management services across several jobs  will look after key client accounts, run training and CPD sessions and bring in new work through networking.

A degree in quantity surveying, construction cost management or similar, and MRICS. Seven years or more in quantity surveying or project management, experience managing a team, and a track record of business development. CostX, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a full driving licence with your own car for travel around the UK.
