You will manage multiple sites with around 5 properties opened and 5 completed each week, covering roofing, solar PV, air source heat pumps, insulation, asbestos removal and windows/doors.
Essential: proven site management, social housing/dec refurbishment background, SMSTS, CSCS Gold/Black Card, full UK driving licence and
