The role of Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers will involve:
* Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fire sprinkler projects
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations
* Liaising with installation team and the office to ensure each project is successfully running
* Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope
* Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors
* Working on projects varying in size from £20k to £500k
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Fire Sprinklers with:
* Must have Quantity Surveying experience within fire sprinklers
* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
* Strong ability to work independently
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving license
