Salary up to 85K + Package
You'll lead a high-value facade remediation, built-up cladding, composite panel and SFS packages from inception through to completion, working with a leading developer and Tier 1 contractor on a commercial / residential scheme in Birmingham City Centre.
About You- Proven delivery of facade, cladding or building envelope projects
- Strong remediation and/or new-build facade experience
- Track record of managing high-value commercial or residential developments
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and developers
- Engineering or construction-related degree desirable
- Demonstrable success delivering complex external envelope packages is essential
