An International Construction Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with Employer's Agent responsibilities to join their Birmingham office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor role The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will mainly be working in the residential sectors taking on social housing projects. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will run projects from inception to completion, whilst also delegating pre and post contract work to junior quantity surveyors in the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Preferably MRICS

Experience of acting as an Employers Agent Residential project experience At least 4 year's experience at a PQS consultancy Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited In Return? £55,000 - £65,000 Car allowance Hybrid working Birthday off!
