A well-established Construction Consultancy are seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor with Employer's Agent responsibilities to join their office in Birmingham. The Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Quantity Surveyor will help manage the team in the Birmingham office, primarily working on residential projects on JCT contracts. The new Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out a variety of duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, and interim payments.

The Quantity Surveyor MRICS or working towards Construction consultancy experience Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
