Genflow is seeking a full-time You Tube Thumbnail Strategist and Designer to join the long-form content team, working across creator brands and podcasts. You will own the thumbnail strategy, design, and testing, ensuring every thumbnail drives CTR and aligns with brand identity.
You will collaborate with content strategists, iterate on briefs, and bring proactive ideas for viral packaging. A deep understanding of You Tube thumbnails and autonomous, fast delivery are essential.
