Customer Sales Assistant - (Full time equivalent) No Industry Experience Required.

Our client are looking for at least 10 people to join their busy Birmingham office due to huge client demand. They are currently expanding, and have had roles become available full time within their fun and lively residential campaigns team, in the sales and customer service sector.

Candidates must;

• Be great at working with customers
• Enjoy working in a team
• Be able to work the equivalent of full time hours
• Want to deliver high standards of customer service
• Be willing and able to commute to and work within the Birmingham area
• Have strong English speaking and writing skills are essential to communicate effectively with customers and our client due to the nature of the role

Even though no experience is needed for these roles people with the following experience tend to flourish in this self employed role:
Sales Representative, Bar Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Administrators however all possessing high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.

This role offers a flexible schedule and financial bonus's and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week. (Mon-Sat)
