Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United Kingdom to manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts. You will help clients adopt the Cvent platform, drive usage and retention, and develop strategic success plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proven experience in account management or customer success, and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce. You will work closely with different internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support renewal opportunities.
