Customer Service Representative

• Location: Prescot
• Salary: £25,789 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Prescot who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full‑time, office‑based role offering stable working hours and a competitive salary.

The role is a mix of customer interaction via phone and email, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.

• Handling customer queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Processing customer orders accurately on internal systems
• Managing order‑related queries, including amendments, deliveries and lead times
• Providing after‑sales support and resolving any issues or concerns
• Liaising with internal departments such as production, logistics and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer and order records

• Experience gained within a call centre, retail, hospitality, or customer service environment
• Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with order management systems and standard office software (full training provided)
• Customer‑focused with a proactive and solutions‑driven approach

• Salary of £25,789 per annum
• 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with length of service
