About the RoleWe’re looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our small, friendly and growing UK team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and stockists, providing exceptional service and accurate information while also supporting retail sales and marketing activities.
This is an in‑office role based in North West London, easily accessible by train and bus. You’ll be part of a supportive, hardworking, and results‑driven team working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment that values good vibes, teamwork & quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer and stockist queries via phone and email
- Quickly process and manage orders using Net Suite (training provided)
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Support sales and retail marketing teams, including sending EDMs and product send‑outs
- Respond to social media comments and DMs in our brand tone
- Take initiative to resolve issues efficiently
- Meet KPIs and manage multiple priorities confidently
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office‑based customer service, sales or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident under pressure
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks with accuracy and care
- Strong problem solver with initiative and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, positive, and customer‑focused
- Driven to achieve KPIs while maintaining high standards of service and quality
