Pertemps is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Coleshill. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of inbound enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer records.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems. This full-time position offers a competitive pay of £12.74 per hour, with benefits including free parking and 30 days annual leave.
