Front of House Team Member – Birmingham Rubery Gym
Customer, Permanent, Part-time. Salary up to £26,707.20 pro rata depending on experience (8 hours per week).
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
- Support the smooth running of our reception, demonstrating attention to detail and initiative.
- Help create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
- Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, ensuring everyone feels valued.
- Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site to cover Lifeguard breaks.
- Confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.
- Great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Flexible, motivated, and able to show initiative.
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to undergo training.
