Position: Mobile Support Host

Overview

At Signature, we create environments where people thrive. As a Mobile Support Team Member you provide front‑of‑house and workplace support across multiple sites, ensuring seamless experiences regardless of location.

Role Purpose

Provide flexible, service‑driven support across multiple sites, covering absences, high‑demand locations and maintaining consistent workplace quality.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a confident first point of contact across sites.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive experiences.
  • Adapt quickly to different environments, teams and client expectations.
  • Build rapport with colleagues and clients within short time frames.
  • Ensure every arrival, interaction and farewell is seamless and professional.
  • Support reception, concierge, workplace services and FM duties.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including varying start and finish times.
  • Travel between sites regularly, including occasional support as far as Scotland.
  • Drive service excellence in line with SOPs, SLAs and KPIs across all sites.
  • Act as front‑of‑house support: visitor management, reception duties, meeting room set‑ups, events, floor walks, mailroom and admin tasks.
  • Liaise with on‑site teams, contractors and service providers.
  • Maintain safety, comply with QHSE policies, report incidents, risks and near‑misses, and support emergency procedures.
  • Maintain professional presentation and behaviour.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to travel regularly between sites.
  • Flexibility with start and finish times.
  • Ability to work across different locations on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).
