Customer Services Executive

As a Customer Services Executive you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, dazzling customers with lightning‑fast responses and expert solutions. From taking orders to tackling recycling queries, no challenge is too big.

Working Hours & Compensation

Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:00 / 9:00-5:00 with a 30 minute lunch break.

Starting salary: £24,650 per year, plus performance bonus.

Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls and emails from our valued customers
Resolving queries with finesse, whether routine or complex
Mastering the art of complaint handling like a true pro
